Just started this week. Anytime I turn on A/C or Heater on any setting (face, floor, split, defrost) I hear a loud clicking on the passenger side. The clicking gets faster as you turn the vent speed up.
What's the easiest way to crack into the blower (I'm guessing that's the problem) to fix this? Is there a DIY out there? Or is this a sign of my blower failing soon? Thanks all.

I hate working upside-down under the dash when it's freezing out (like it is here, now), so I'd vote for 'leave it if you can tolerate the noise, unless you don't mind the work'
It may a leaf or a stick stuck in it and it may clear itself out. Mine does this from time to time and it will usually clear when the fan is run on high for a little while, the leaf just blows 'away' and you can hear it rustle through the ducting. I park under an ash tree, so it's probably actually a skinny ash seed most of the time. Last year I thought the blower motor was finally dying as it was more of a rubbing sound vs. clicking and I decided to just live with it till it died . . . months later, it cleared up. Maybe something got jammed in near the edge of the blower? Whatever.

Lol, sorry for the stupid question. It was ridiculously easy to take out and check it out. It was just some pine needles stuck in it. Yay for no more clicking!
