They can be reused. Stockers stretch and shouldn't be reused too often, if at all.

OK, i should have all the bolts off today. Once all the bolts are off will the head just come off? is there anything else i should know?

The timing belt should be off and the cam sensor disconnected.

im pretty sure the belt is off, where is this cam sensor? Also, (might be a newbie question but i obviosly havent done this before) how much does the head approx weigh? I should be able to lift it out right?

If it's just the head, then it's easy to pull off. If you still have the manifold/TB/Rail/etc. attached to it, then you might need some help. But it also depends on how strong you are.

i should have no problem then, the manifolds are off, and im not weak. But wheres the cam sensor
