HDK alluminum flywheel is not alluminum its a regular stock flywheel machined somewhat. I bought one thinking it was 6lbs (advertised weight back then) and when I received it I called and the answer was that it is the shipping weight they charge. It is more like 11lbs. The worst part was it did not fit my 2001 Tib (non US spec tib? do not know why!). I had to machine mine for weight reduction. Now is 11lbs and works great with the turbo setup.
