#1
Hey guys just finishing up my alarm install and need to output wire for the Hazard lights. I'm looking at the wire harness atm and if anyone knows the wire that would be great! 2000 tiby

I would but its not working on my comps atm... The screen comes up but the left side is dead, like a bad link. If anyone else could assist me with this that would be great. The link is hmaservice.com right? or else I'm an idiot which is feasible. Thanks

does the output alarm wire supply power or ground?
<div align='right'><{POST_SNAPBACK}></div></div>
Both actually...
"Connect to vehicle parking light circuit at the back of light switch or if this is not possible, connect directly to one of the parking lights at the front of the vehicle. If your vehicle has a multiplex lighting system that requires a (-) Negative parking light output, then move the jumper from (+) to (-). See jumper Pin Diagram. Some European vehicles require separate left and right circuits."
I'm really not in the mood to run a wire to one of the lights, since my alarm is under my stereo. It connects to the positive wire on our system, if anyone can add some input it would helpful.
Thanks

you know where the hazard light switch is..
my alarm is connected to the interior light switch that's on the dimmer harness. all you interior lights illuminate when the parking lights are on, they're connected.

ok, just checked webtech.
it looks like the easiest way to do it would be to supply the large green & green/white wires with power. remember to diode isolate that single wire which will be hooking up to both wires. you dont want power flowing back the other way.
that may not work though if your alarm cannot supply the power. post back and ill look for other ways.
