Default Gt Header pics and Questions

Hey everyone, as some of you know i bought the GT headers and Apexi N1 exaust. I willl be installing them both this weekend most likley as long as its nice out and was wondering if there is anything i should know. My dad said that i need to find out a specific torque that the bolts on the headers have to be tightened too. Anyone know if this is correct and if so what torque?

My other question has to deal with the O2 sensor's. From what i read there are two, one for the exaust and one for the headers. I know my exaust needs one because it has no hole what so ever, and im having some muffler shop install that one but my headers seem to have a spot for the sensor. Here are some pictures below of my headers and the hole im talking about, is that where the 1st O2 sensor goes or does do i need to have two bungs made?

By the way the headers look great and i love them, i'll be taking more pictues of both my headers and exaust as soon as i get them installed and i'll let everyone know how the install went.

Also any other advice or comments on what i will incounter durring the install would be helpful. Thanks!

I'm not sure about the 02 bungs, but make sure that they take the fans out before installing, and to install them one part at a time. That's the only way they will fit.

Torque will be listed on HMAservice.com

Me and my dad are installing the headers/exaust, they wanted like $100 to install just the exaust not counting the headers and that didn't include the O2 sensor bungs.

So after removing all the parts that are being replaced i should also remove the fan, install the headers first im guessing piece by piece, then the exaust, and lastly reinstall the fan?

Yes sir.

I'd double check that the fans fit back in again okay when you have the header in place. Just so you don't waste a bunch of time.

depending on how cheap it is i may get a dyno after these are installed. I should be able to get one for 1/2 price because i got some hook ups. If not i will definally dyno my car after i buy an airram, bbtb, and safc2.

Lets just hope the weather is nice this weekend and i can get everything done.

Looks good man, but I hope those extra $700-800 that you spent will sound and perform a lot better than my cheap setup. Just want the extra money spent on this be justified and not just thrown on the wind.

Keep us updated.

Btw, are you gonna dyno or go to the track with those? You have auto or manual?

Did manage to get them in this past weekend?

Also what is that small piece that you have there? I didn't get one so I was curious. I'm talking about the piece just to the right of the headers in this pic. Just trying to figure out if it's something I'd need.
