Gorilla style wide body fenders
Just trying to see if there is an interest in making a run of the widebody fenders, I am going to be going in with Chris (Blacktibs) on making copies of SRTech's fenders that were picked up from Tibbychick.
Since these were dicontinued some time ago, he and I were wondering if there would be any desire in the community to bring them back, and make them available for everyone again through Flyryde.
As for material, I'm not sure what Blacktibs was planning to go with.
But if we can get any kind of feedback, that will help with the decision.
Thanks all.

You know, I've always wanted these fenders WITHOUT the gills, or M3 vents, what ever the hell you call them. Something clean with out the 3 slashes on the fender. Make these, and I'd be the first one on the list.
Fiberglass is just fine, although, a carbon fiber set would go great with my carbon theme. It would depend on availability and pricing. Worst case scenario I'd still be down for a set of fiberglass fenders.

oh, what the hell, put me down for a set also with the gay vents. I really just want in to see just how many rare parts we can put on tibbytib's RD1 so later on i can pay a ridiculous amount of money to buy it, lmao!

ROFLLMAO!!!!!! You are assuming you will out last my Tibby dedication Lee!!! LOL! I'll make you a deal, if I EVER get rid of the tib, you WILL be the the first one to know about all my parts that go up for grabs.
Although, I do NOT want the "gay" vents on the side. No biggie if thats how they are made, thats what fiberglass and sand paper is for. Would be cool to see a revival of this part though!

If this doesn't end up happening, I'm so going to fiberglass over those z3 vents. Never even thought about it, but it would look badass.
Not that it matters, but my set only has 3 vents instead of 4 as seen in the picture.

well Chris, I'm gauging the interest on the fenders to see if it would be worthwhile to send your set off to Blacktibs as what we had pm'ed about earlier this month. And the picks are some archived ones. Tibbychick's I think.

usually most of the FG fenders I have seen run 300bux/pr chattown. if you were to save roughly 20 to 30 bux/wk by the time this could even happen you would have the money ready.
