I don't know If yoiu already know about this... but I did it and i like it...

In the lower part of the throthle Body.. their are 2 little black tubes... These tubes are used to run coolant or antifreeze around the throthle body... If you take this out and make a bridge with each tube from one point to the other point on the same side, that really hot liquid will not make hotter the Throthle body.. If you do this you will notice that you will not feel the Tibby like a little tired after pushing the engine a lot... If you have a CAI System.. all the cold air will be in with less contact with hot material that could warn it..

I DON'T recomend this when you are on WINTER (snow)... I did it because in my country there are only 2 seasons... Winter (a lot of rain) and Summer (with less rain but really hot...)

It doesn't feel a lot, but the modification it's there.... You can prove it if you touch the TB now and after the modification.... its warn.. not really really really hot...

Hope to help.... and share..

P.S.. sorry for my english... is not perfect...

Thanks for that mang, I might give it a try. Don't stress about your english, I see a lot of the people here using worse english than you (and that's their 1st language).

Right, thanks for bringing this back up. I've got a DIY I'm posting tomorrow on it, I've got pics and everything.

Hopefully my english will be better with the past of the time in forums.....

I only want to say that Tiburon Partners on Spain told me about this "little modification"

If someone speak spanish, you can go there too... a few can speak English too

http://www.tiburontuningclub.com

Just go to the forum section... (FORO in Spanish.. just in case)

Thanks.

This mod has been discussed here b4. It involves taking out the restricter in the clutch cylinder.

If you go have a look at the TB you will see 2 hoses coming from the head to it. All I did was take the end of 1 hose off the TB & the end of the other off the head, then swap the ends over so that 1 hose goes from head out to head in, and the other goes from TB out to TB in. Very simple if you have a look at it you will understand what I mean.
