Exhaust Question
I'm not too car savvy so please bear with me.
I plan on ordering an Apexi N1 universal muffler for my tib.
I also want to order the CarSound Universal High Flow Cat as well. Now, are they going to be compatible together?

Yes. As long as you get the same size piping as your exhaust is you will just weld them in place of the components you have now.
Do you have a full exhaust system? If not you dont need either. Especially the cat.

Agreed.
Why not ditch the Apexi N1 muffler, those look horrible and just attract cops and thieves.
Dynomat Super Turbo Muffler FTMFW!

Well now Red, you know some people just love the look and want their cars to sound like pissed off weedeaters!! Rice ya know. Personally I am a glasspack man myself. Put one of these bad boys

in the exhaust tunnel where the stock resonator sits similar to how I think you did Red and then finish it off with either just a tip if you want it LOUD or another glasspack or a Dynomax. I personally LOVE the Edelbrock Performer RPM glasspack to finish it out but alas you can't buy those anymore since they replaced their lineup with a chambered muffler...luckily I have a few laying around from my older hot rodding days so I am safe for now! That will be the setup I put on my Tib when I finish out the exhaust.

I just have a stock exhaust right now. I don't know alot about exhausts but I know that I would like the whole shibang.
I want something not too loud but not too quiet either and at least a 1-10hp gain if possible.
I was thinking about having one made for me but I wouldn't even know what to tell the guys at the shop to make.
Can someone help me out with that? And I know different shops charge different prices, but if you had to guess-timate, about how much would having a full custom exhaust cost?

Sure we can.
I'm gonna be mean, and close your thread.
What you need to do is SEARCH, and read. I put up a thread with my current exhaust, what exactly to ask for, videos, pictures, EVERYTHING, and it's what you are looking for.
There are a few dozen threads here for you to look at, with the RIGHT info.
