Hi I have an 01 tib, I went to start the car it had been about 3 weeks since I have started it. There was nothing, thought battery was dead tried jumping it nothing. Tried push starting it nothing. The windshield wipers head lights aftermarket gauges and clock do not work. But the light on the roof works as well as the dinging when I put the key in the ignition and the symbols on the dash when the hatch or doors are open. Anyone have any clue>? are there more relays then what are under the hood?

Have you checked the fuses?

 

Yeah I check all the fuses in by the drivers door and I checked all of the relays under the hood, I was curious if there were anymore like under the dash, Ive seen it in some cars. I dont know what it could be

 

Check for burnt wires and corrosion..
Double check your battery for voltage, it could be dropping

 

Take your battery out and have it load tested at your local auto parts store.

Sounds like a bad cell to me, in which the battery will not take a charge in some cases, but may still have a bit of juice to power your overhead light and dinnger.

Do you get absolutly nothing when your turn the key?
