Is there any aftermarket ecu's, piggybacks, or programers made for our cars? If so please list some options.

There aren't any made specificly for our cars, but you could get SMT6 or emanage and play with it.

Piggyback is the only option if you want to pass emissions. Why wont someone come out with a really good OBDII simulator built into a standalone?

Perfect power (maker of the SMT6) makes an OBD2 compatible standalone: the XMS. Should be pretty affordable too. Check it out.
