Default Drivers side E-brake cables...

Drivers side cable snapped today, no warning, just a "twang" and the handle went limp...

My friends 01 snapped, and every tib I've ever seen in a junkyard had a snapped drivers side cable as well.

Sucks for me really bad, because now that the park brake is boffed, I need to leave the car in gear to prevent a rollaway, and can't use the remote starter or leave it ideling to warm up...

So what's your guys and gals storry? Has your drivers side cable snapped as well?

Oh, my cables are just fine.

I don't even know how this could possibly happen. Crackheads, man.
