Probably custom. Never seen it on a Tiburon in the states, or anything posted in a forum. Never seen it for sale either.

Its the ATH Hinsberger kit http://www.ath-hinsberger.de/tuning_mazda_...114698.87792621 You just add it onto the OEM body
