How much are they charging you to do that? I'd like to find a place around here that can do it for me.

Ive removed the shaft several times on many different throttle bodies and i just always banged it out from the TPS side, always came out clean and went back in snug.

G'head and tell me its not the right way but its worked many many times for me...

I took it back to the machine shop and they pressed it right out (but from the throttle cable side). Hopefully they can put it in as easily as it came out.
