I have a full set of HLAs on my bench that look exactly like that. I don't see any CVVT stuff in the space by the timing gears, so I'll buy that it's non-CVVT. But are the 2003 non-CVVT heads supposed to have HLAs/did they only use shims on CVVT heads?

Where did you get that, and what did they charge for it?

lol stocker it wasnt cheap, and its being delt with tomorrow regardless i will get my money back or the head i want.
i talked to them on the phone but didnt have enough time to run down there to get it sorted out.

Yes the solid lifters are in the 03 elantra non-cvvt head, i talked to them on the phone and they read it on the computer and said yup yup its got exactly what you want.

Sept the part number for 03-97 tiburon and elantra are the same where i ordered it. so some one made a mistake somewhere.
