Soo ive done some diys this month and I thnk they came out pretty good...

But Ill let you guys judge.

First, I swaped the shifter bushing on the tranny to a bearing.
But you guys cant see it.
It feels a little smoother, but in the end I know its better for the car because I saw the pos that came off of it.

Next we have the HD lip wooo.
Very happy how it looks and came out.

But wait theres more!

Ive seen some diy oil catch cans, and did some reasearch.
I got a -Air water separator from home depot for around 11bucks along with some hoses.
The air water separator is for an air compressor and acts exactly like a catch can.
Mine is pretty small... and cant hold that much nasty fluid but, I just have to empty it more.
Its also made by Husky.

And lastly

I cut out the cam gear circle BUT I added a clear blue cover so its protected still, but you can see through it.
It was an idea I had, thats was just for looks.
I like how it came out.

cam gear hole/cover looks pimp!!

the drain cock on that catch can, you might wanna plug it, i use those same oil/water seperators in my catch can kits and i plug the drain cock cuz it leaks by design.

1. The HD Lip, that's ONE piece, the long one right? Where did you get it, and can you PLEASE get me one?

2. Any chance of doing the clear covers for us? I don't want blue, but a clear one would do me great.

blue,

a good fix for the catch can, i do it with all the ones i sell..

get a small vac plug from autozone (1/16")

use a 8mm allen to take apart that drain cock, pull the valve out, cut the vac cap so its a 'sleeve'. slide it over the valve, re assemble..

what this does is provides a constant 100% seal.

those water/air seperator valves stay closed in the right application because pressure seals them.

also that HD lip looks like garage floor edging (not same as diamond lok) and you can get it ANYWHERE in very long lengths.
