Current progress with the CryO2 install.
The heat shielded filter (blue one in pics) is too damn big to sit where it needs to. Sooooooo I am waiting for Kevin or Steve from Speedstate to tell me what filter they are using (dimensions) and I am going to try that.....I really want a 3" intake though and would like that metal elbow that comes with the Injen intake that not even the knock off companies will sell seperately so I could have a better angle to work with than that OEM rubber elbow. I have the tank mounted, the line run, the WOT switch hooked up, the switches installed and everything else connected.....I just need to get the intake situated.....VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

I think he's telling us about his Cryo2 install. You know, the co2 that sprays an intercooler.
Voiddweller...........................are you using a turbo with this? If it's NA I'd like to talk to you about it.I was kinda wondering how this would work NA.

hes NA...
and the cryo2 doesnt spray an intercooler. it is a bulb that you stick in your intake that gets SUPER cold providing denser air.
if you guys dont remember,

so, is the problem that you got a new intake that is just not fitting?

Actually, it can spray an IC,if you get that set up.I didn't know they had anything for NA,though.

nitrous actually adds oxygen AND cools the intake air. this thing just super cools the intake air. this i think would be like a much more reliable form, but weaker(cost per dollar, of the kit mind you, not the recharges) form of nitrous. if it lowers it by 60%, you might be able to get 10 hp out of it on a hot day.
so, they do have an intercooler spraying kit. did you get the fuel cooler thing too void? what would the hell would cooling fuel do? is it just to keep the air it mixes with cool?

Ok, I am running N/A.
The intake is the AOS and the way I was trying to hook it up with a heat shielded filter is not working because the filter is too big. The intake pipe also is too skinny for my liking at under 2". That is the current and only problem.
Pricing depends on what pieces you are going to get. I will answer any specific questions asked.
The gains depend on the region and atmospheric temps....basically the warmer out it is the better. Every 10 degrees cooler the air is you make a 1% gain...pretty nice.
I have a free dyno coming after I get the intake fitted.
There are an intercooler/radiator sprayer, an intake cooler and a fuel rail cooler.
The fuel rail cooler makes the fuel insanely cold and that mixed with the cold air help to keep the engine temp down, the intercooler/radiator cooler should be self explainatory.
It only costs approx 10 bucks to fill the bottle.
