Average... taking her down till the idiot light comes on.. I can do about 425 miles to a tank.. that is if I am running mostly highway or even just steady speed back roads... Average though... I get between 350 and 370 miles to a tank... when averaged out.. which I do on EVERY fill up... I get right at 31 or 32 mpg.. This has never changed from new.. even with going to a CAI, 1.8 cam, and underdrive pulley...
And yes, my car is a five speed... I also usually do about 71 or 72 mph on the highway... but I do goose it to get to those speeds... often running three or four gears out to redline (yes, I know redline in Fourth is above 100mph) and then coasting down to my usual speeds

Re: RSide Advanced Short Shifter GB 2 (5 Remaining)
2000 w/ 81k on it
CAI, Headers
i get over 350 miles on a tank, and a full tank is just over 12 gal. to my math, that's just over 29mpg
maybe because i'm EXACTLY at sea level though? who knows.
this is a great thread though....

Re: Steering wheel removal?
I average 27 combined city/hwy commuting. Straight hwy, I get up to about 30 with 10% ethanol blends and 33-35 with no "emission reducing additives" (available in WY and CO)
WRT wanting high 30s mpg like the RSX and other honda products...all you have to do is look at the torque curves to know that'll never happen. We have 80% torque at 2200 rpm....they don't get it until 4000 (or higher). Personally, i'd rather have the mid-range grunt.

Re: Does this video bother anyone else? Deceptacons?
with a mix of highway and city driving, i generally get 325 to the tank @ about 12 gallons to full. and thats w/ me pushing it w/ the gas light on... (comes to 27 MPG)
i just came back from canada, and i saved all my gas slips. i have yet to calculate the mileage but i'm pretty sure i got about 33ish per gallon...
those of you who constantly get over 30 w/ a mix of city and highway... i have one question: HOW?!

By speeding way too much. I've got the 5 speeding, 2 redlight, and 1 license plate cover tickets to prove it  . And I dont plan on slowing down any time soon 8)
