confused about 3 pins on Tib ECU

Sensor 5V Supply
Engine Control System (4)
58
BLK/WHT
Start/On Input
Engine Control System (1)
61
GRN/YEL
MIL Request Line (from TCM)
Engine Control System (3)
Pin 58 just need a IGN 12V supply ?
What do i need todo with pin 59 ?
Pin 61 related too the immobilizer ?
