aww shit i just missed it. In doing my car stereo stuff I had this problem, i just had a shitty ground terminal that would sometimes be positionioned just right, but otherwise wouldn't work.

exactly.

i had my amp power wires hooked up and the battery wasnt getting any power sometimes. the rings around the terminal had to be screwed around with til it was just right
