Seriously, go and check the pink and blue fusable links in the engine compartment. They're fuses that you can see into. I'm almost positive that is the problem. It's a quick check and then you'll most likely have you car back, unless there's another problem at play. Because you said there was a problem with the power windows, most likely, you're not getting power to the ignition switch. There's only a few wires and a fuse that would cause that. There may be something else causing that fuse to blow though.
