Default Braking Issues

Sorry I'm new to this and this is my first post. My 98 Tib just started problems with the brakes. When I start my car, after it has been sitting for awhile, the brakes seem to engage. So if I backup or go forward I am fighting them. I can pump the brake pedal a few times and it seem to reset them. I have been told that the booster could be going out or the master cylinder. Has anybody seen this problem before?

Either that or the brake caliper guide pins are sticking. Is it all 4 corners engaging? If it's just one or two corners, I'd take the caliper guide pins out and lube them up to see if that fixes it.
