It came in today and from what I can tell, its VERY high quality. Real soft leather. Its a full wrap that you sew onto the steering wheel, not the half wraps that just slip on and off. I ended up getting the 2 tone, black and dark blue to match my interior.

I have one of those too, except mine is black and red. 
You have to sew them on tight in order for it look like it came that way from the factory. If you take your time with it, it will look really good.
The top of my wheel was starting to degrade too, hence why I went with one of those. I hate the slip on ones, and wanted something a little more factory looking.
