boring stock TB
i have my TB pulled off, i want to bore the stock one out.
can someone explain (use detail plz, im a newb) how to go about doing this?
i've read that it can be bored to 58mm.

Unless you have a cnc lathe.... the only way to get it done is to take it to a machine shop... tell them the overbore size you want. Make sure they cut you a new butterfly to go with it wink1.gif

oh, i thought it was a diy sort of thing...guess i never really though about what would happen to the butterfly after you bored it.. :-S, that'd be one rough idle.
