to me, sounds like water somehow entered the system, could also be a symptom of bad gas. had any storms lately? vented hood? wheres your air filter?

well today i tried
unlpuging the maf and the car ran like complete garbage
my vacuum/boost gauge is saying at idle i have 21 in of vacuum at idle(i need to make a boost leak tester)
i did however play around with the aem afpr and i noticed that no matter what i set it at after a few minutes of driving it drops and stays at 40 psi(stock fuel pressure is supposed to 43.5 psi) at this point im thinking that is at least 1 of my problems

so to anyone with experience with a afpr what am i doing wrong?
ive tried setting it with the car on,off, cold and hot with no results
my aem unit is their universal kind and it came with 2 other size ports which i would assume are for the return line "is it possible i dont have the right size in?"

socks- no really bad rain days lately, i have the stock hood, air filter is in the top of the engine bay right next to the fender
