Can you engage gears when the engine is not running?
The simplest explanation is the throwout bearing is not fitted properly (which is easy to do). When you push the pedal, the slave cylinder extends? If so, and you can't change gears, and the shifter cables are hooked up right, the TOB is likely mis-installed.

Hey Stocker, Nice to speak with you again.
The arm comes out Fine, No Noise bad noises or grinding.
all gears are fine when not runing, all shifter cables are fine (used accent selector cable Mount as beta was forcing the gears out too low)
The arm is pushed out Perfectly.
Guess must be the bearing. Not fun

Yep, it's most likely a dodgily fitted TOB. However, in my case, I fitted an LC clutch to an X3 flywheel/trans, and I had the same problem. The edge of the clutch was juuuuust touching the flywheel and stopping my progress. I chucked the X3 clutch back in and all was good.
It is possible to remove the transmission without pulling the engine, it's still a lot of work though.

i put my gearbox all back on... all bolted my car up. Dropped it off the axel stands and my bearing wont click into the pressure plate. I tryed force it and it didn't go.

i built my engine mounts to allow use of Coupe Drive shafts. So i didn't need to mix and match. Removing the gearbox in my LC2 is impossable. only time i'v done it is i had to lift my engine almost at 45 Degree angle then get someone else to drop the box out. Its good way to put ur back out cause i don't own a engine crane. lol
I had an issue like that, what clutch do you have ?, I had "Bully" make me a stage 4 that was out by 1/8 of an inch, just enough to not engage, I found the prob by comparing measurements to a stock one I had,, and they fixed it no prob, went in first click when it came back.. just food for thought, I run a 02 elantra tranny btw.
