What years was the beta engine offered by hyundai, i need to know cuz i am goign 2 a junk yard 2 look for IM and Throttle Bodies, and the 1.8 Cams

The Elantra model changed in second semester 1995, that model change came with the Beta Engine, better look from 1996 up. In 1999 there was another change but engine remained the same.
