That is the style of front bumper I prefer. Not over the top at all, just like a lower aerodynamic piece integrated into the stock bumper with provisions in the center for cooling and/or an intercooler.
As far as aftermarket bumpers go, that one would be pretty easy to make.

I was thinking about that, but wasnt too sure if it was the Genius or not. I didnt think the Genius had the indentations on the bottom of the bumper, like the one above has.
