I got an additional secondary throttle pulley from someone on the site a bit ago and am working on a CAD drawing of it. I'm going to get the cruise cable lug hole designed correctly for US cars, and then I want to get 5 or 10 of them made, so everyone here that needs one can get one when they want.

Anyone have connections, a friend, or you yourself, that can do a small run CnC job for me?

one of my good friends has a hydraulic machine shop, I can check with him... I'd asked him about it in the past (making car parts) and he said he didn't really do anything like that.

Just to clarify, he's looking for a CNC lathe. I've got a CNC mill and another cylindrical grinding but not a lathe.
I'll ask around for you but I'll tell you now, most of the shops I know require a much larger volume in order for the price to be reasonable.
It's the setup and initial programming they charge you most for, after that's taken care of they can have anyone push a button all day long.

You want me to do a cad drawing and send it to you man?

Or would you rather I just took pictures and measurements?

I'll get some measurements and pictures up. You'll probably be able to do a better cad than me anyways.

I figure that it could need some adjustments. The hole for the cable lug needs to be smaller, and I'll try to get that measurement.
