Are all GK tranny's the same?
I have a 2003 GK and my tranny is starting to die a slow death. I found a 2006 tranny for only a few hundred dollars. Will it be a direct swap?

With a manual as long as you get the same type of transmission it will be fine. Make sure the engines are the same and the trans type is the same (5 speed or 6 speed). If you have an auto it might be tougher. It would probably work, but the BCM may not be happy.
