hmmm.. there is a fair amount of wiring involved with cruise. I think your best bet would be to find a wrecked tib with it and take your time and remove EVERYTHING you might need.

I'm not sure, but here's a few.
1. New lightbulb for your cluster.
2. Cruise button in dash.
3. Cruise control cable and mounting brackets for engine bay.
4. New TB with armature for cruise cable.
5. Some vaccum line.
6. Cruise control vaccum motor on passenger side engine bay.

Looking at my trusty shop manual for my 99 (I love this thing!) you will need the following:
Vehicle Speed sensor- Which converts the speed of the car to pulses the comp can understand
Cruise Control Module (CCM)- Recieves signals from the speed sensor and control switch. It controls ALL automatic Speed control functions
Actuator- Regulates the Throttle on signals from the CCM
Control Switch Main switch- Turns on the Cruise control (button on dash)
Set/Resume Switch- Controls the coast, set, resume, and Accel features of the Cruise control (Part of the wiper stalk on the steering column
Cruise main switch indicator- Turns on when cruise is on, to let you know it is operational
Cancel Switch- (The stop light and clutch switch) Cancels the cruise when either brake or clutch pedals are depressed.
Data link connector- A scan tool connection for troubleshooting.
