Default 60k maintenance

well the tib rolled over the big 60 laugh.gif:

anyways I've already replaced all the belts, timing, a/c, alt, power. is there anything else that would be suggested? plugs were replaced about 15k ago so those shouldn't need it yet.

edit:

I'll make a list:
1. all belts (check )
2. coolant flush
3. engine flush
4. clean intake system
5. plugs/wires (previously checked)

hehe new tranny at 50k, so i think that should be good. changing it to synthetic soon anyways, have to mobil 1 gear oil in the garage now. laugh.gif:

what all is involved in a coolant flush besides draining the rad. how do you flush the rest of the system?

....oh, maybe an oil flush the next time I do a change. probably next weekend.

edit: hehe, saw the sig, IT'S PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME!!!! ah a classic.

well... flushing is kinda touchy cuz i hear if you put too much water pressure through, you could make a small problem very worse. cracked head... etc.

I know that, Im not that dumb... I was wondering if anyone knew the exact (or close to) fill amount if you just drop the pan? Theres still fluid in the converter and spread through the tranny, so you cant fill it with 6 1/2 quarts..
