Default 2005 Tiburion (Right Hand Drive) Replacement Headlights

Hey All,

Just joined the forum and I'm looking forward to contributing as much as possible. Lots of mods will be happening on my Tiburon but firstly, I'm trying to track down a good source of 'aftermarket' parts for the Tiburon - RIGHT HAND DRIVE...apparently we drive on the wrong side of the road here in Australia.

All the AM parts sites I've been able to source so far, are for LHD Tiburon/Tuscanis/Coupes only!!!

Any help or guidance would be appreciated, especially in relation to headlights.

Cheers in advance

Wouldnt the headlight be the same regardless if it's LHD or RHD?

No. The beam is narrower on the drivers side so you don't blind oncoming drivers.

Spot on 2000J25SP. I was considering swapping the internal housings around the globes/LED's but not sure if that would suffice?

More than happy to be told otherwise!

That only works if they can be disassembled, and then aiming difficulties may arise. I'd be interested to see the attempt, but I wouldn't necessarily want to be the one to fund it!

Hi Stoker, appreciate the feedback...would be easier if I could find decently priced AM replacements, but apart from expensive parts (and freight) from the UK...there doesn't appear to be many options here in Australia...

The headlights are just one of the many mods I'm looking at doing...

I have already completed a few, but unfortunately can't add a 'garage' here yet.

Cheers again for the feedback
