I think i have asked this before, but I cant remember.

I need to know if I buy a header made for a Tiburon 02-01, will it fit my Beta 2 that came out of an 02 Elantra?

I think so...fom what I know the same beta runs through both Tib and Elantra...I do know there was a couple years the Elantra had the CVVT befoe the Tib though or vice versa.

It seems like there is a small difference making it not a 100% direct fit, but I can't say for sure. If you're on RDT you can do a search and it'll be there.

These two are what i am looking at. The dealer said that they should fit.

The second one is stainless for sure so if the downpipe didn't line up right I couldn't change it. I can't tell on the first one and I'm not sure about welding ceramic coated steel, I just don't know how that works.

On the first one it looks like after the primaries come together there might be room to cut in and splice a small cat. Either design it could be bolted between the header and flex pipe if we can find flanges.

For splicing it inline you would need to get the header on first to see if it would work. For the other two the smaller the better but extending the O2 wire wouldn't be bad.
