I had the recall done on my sonata 2001 4 cyl auto at the dealership were I purchased the car and when I received the car back it had squeaking chassis noises , so what does it entail to perform this sub frame job, can I spray any part under the car like sway bar ends to eliminate the noise , its way over due to go to the dealer ship again without them hitting me for a nonsense charge or fee.?

 

It may be as simple as greasing the bushings in the parts they replaced. I'm guessing this is for the "sorry we made a car that gets fist-sized holes in suspension mounting points" recall? Probably they put new bushings in there and didn't adequately lubricate them.
