Default Speedometer calibration

I have decided that Im gonna go with the VIP look and style on my car. I'll be placing either 18's or 19's on my car with an air ride set up and I was wondering how you would go about to calibrate the speedometer to justify and fix using bigger rims and tires?

Not 100% but Im pretty sure speedo's cant be calibrated in our cars. Besides...it would only be off by a couple of miles per hour. Nothing really to worry about.
