Find out where to get all the luxuries Korea is holding back on (HID, navigation systems, etc.) and how to tune your Hyundai Sonata, Azera, or XG for performance.

Default Sonata's are not that bad in the snow

This is the first year I got a set of blizzaks for the front and it handles great. I wouldnt go flying in the snow like some SUV drivers do but I get through it just fine. Before this year I only used the all seasons and there were a lot of times where the car slid a bit.

I love the Continental ExtremeWinterContacts on my Tiburon. Not that it wasn't great in the snow before, but with the new tires its better than ever.

Winter/Snow tires are definitely worth it.

I see a lot of Sonatas around here and never seen one stuck in the snow so I guess your right but any car can be great in winter conditions if they have a good set of snow tires on.

Front heavy fwd vehicles are probably the best 2WD vehicles you could hope to have in the snow. I don't see a sonata as being uniquely better than any other fwd V6 sedan in its class though.
