You can remove anything from a car. I'm on my phone and can't see what you drive, but they'll either come off entirely using the tabs at the bottom front of the seat cushions, or doing that and loosening a couple of bolts at the rear also.

On my elantra it is bolted down, but I can remove just the bottom of the rear seat. However it leaves wires for the fuel pump/gauge exposed

Now that I see your vehicle, I am not sure if they changed it. If it involves the tabs, you should be able to find them pretty easily, basically centered between the legs of the rear passengers at the bottom of the cushion. If there are bolts holding them down in the back lifting the cushion should let you find them, or folding the rear seats down then looking in the gap behind the rear seats.
