Are they all created equal? I got a Costco multipack pretty cheap but I have seen some online labeled as being premium towels and cost a lot more.

 

There are different grades, the main difference I can point out is that some special optics cloths are microfiber WAY different from what you get for $1 from the store.



If what you have does what you need, save the money and don't feel bad when you toss one that gets gummed up with grease or something.

 

Def not all made the same. I've had microfiber fall apart after one use and other that lasted 6 or 7 times.
