I recently purchased Sonata 2005 2.4 L Model with 36K miles,

The Check engine light is already on with error code P0122.

which says some problem with TPS.

I took it to the dealer and he just reset the errorcode.



I know it will come back again.



I want to know about the hundai Warranty for my specific model if I can take the car to the Hundai dealer and they can fix it under Warranty.



Any Help is appreciated.

 

The original owner would have had a 5yr/60k bumper to bumper, and a 10yr/100k powertrain warranty. I believe you pick up the remainder if you purchased the car from a dealership, but not sure otherwise.

 

It's a reduced warranty.

 

As the second owner, you have a 5/60k powertrain warranty, so you're covered.
