In the recent past, Hyundai's Genesis sedan has garnered major awards (North American Car of the Year, Good 12 v2.0) that made some people forget Hyundai had more in store. After this landing of great impact, Hyundai used the SuperBowl to reignite interest in the soon-coming Genesis coupe. Check out The Good Car Guy's self-produced Hyundai Genesis commercials as proof.
Not many days later, Hyundai has released a large new batch of Genesis coupe photos. The video that came along with it sucks in royal fashion, so we'll skip it. Considering the Genesis' sometimes awkward angles (which you can read about here), it seemed important for this pro-Genesis site to show you the best of the new batch of pictures. From top to bottom, then, these are the Top 5 New Hyundai Genesis Pictures.
Thank the donor platform for still being able to make the much smaller Genesis coupe look like it stems from a larger car. As you see in the top photo, largesse can be an issue. The interior is attractive and likely high in perceived quality. Grey and black are a safe colour choice, but suit the buyer Hyundai is chasing. Red is hard to pull off - even though everybody tries, most don't succeed. With the rear wing lifting the eye off the slightly droopy tail, the Genesis has no red issues. As you could see in the Genesis commercials, the coupe looks spectacular from above. Finally, the darker image of the profile, seen from the rear portion of the car, looks high-end and very rear-wheel driven. Top marks.
