Hyundai Genesis Coupe SAN FRANCISCO (RushPRnews) 03/03/09 - The innovative Hyundai Genesis Coupe advertising campaign, comprised of a TV commercial created by Goodby Silverstein and a social media site, www.edityourown.com, developed by Reality Digital and GrupoW, has been awarded Site of the Day on www.thefwa.com (Favorite Website Awards).
Both elements of the Hyundai Genesis Coupe campaign premiered as a cross-platform promotion during the live airing of the Super Bowl on February 1, 2009, with the TV ad driving traffic to the website.
The www.edityourown.com site integrates state of the art video with the ability for users to remix their own version of the commercial using footage taken from fifty separate camera views, audio tracks, captions, effects and still images, all within the browser environment. Users then upload and enter their remix into a contest and are able to share their creation socially.SM_125x125button
The commerical, which is also available to view via the www.edityourown.com, features high definition graphics of the car on a racetrack in full flight, which the user can view internally, externally or in split-screen mode and which is complemented by a mutable audio feed.
