When you do a beta swap, what do you put on the title when selling the car? Original engine info, or the new engine?

 

It really depends on your state. Iirc WI barely even cares, and you can just call up to change your number and that's fine. Other states may require the new engine to be emissions tested.



But yes, one way or another, you will need to put the new engine number on the title, otherwise it is a worthless piece of paper that will invalidate your insurance etc.
