Default No CEL on Beta

Hey all, I wanted to know if any of you guys with Beta2 engines and Manual transmission with an Auto 1.6L ECU has a CEL for missing Transmission. Will replacing the Automatic ECU with a Manual Transmission ECU get rid of the CEL?

I am pretty sure that would fix it, and your idle is probably a little funky too I would guess...
