I am getting ready to this swap 01 accent and an 03 beta II motor. Do you have an ecu wiring diagram? I can't find a whole lot of info on the swap also some of the links for your pics are broken.

I will post up what I have in a while, but i don't have the car running so use it at your own risk. It should work but you never know.
You don't have to do much to the ecu in terms of re wiring.

Do you have 1.5 or 1.6?

it's the 1.5 sohc 5spd. I have sourced a 1.6 ecu and I'll probably just order the ecu adapter kit from SFR. I'm not to good at wiring (but I know people who are) I'd rather do metal fab work and body work.

Dont get the adapter. Another member for HP cannot get the dam thing to work correctly. I am going to do what Japkos did, which was solder a chip from the 2.0 onto the 1.6 and be dont with it. I'm okay with electronics so that would work for me. hopeful I get my header with in the next month. I might need a welding job 187....

The only wiring you need to change is MAF to MAP. Then extend a couple of wires and that it. Perty simple..I will hope to do a good write up on it. If you have any question fill free to post up..

slyderdai where at in the world do you live?

Well, it's a long drive to your place so I might make you buy me a 6 pack of beer to drive my welder down there. smile.gif
