Bluelink 2014 vs 2015

Big picture was no change from '14 to '15 on sonata hybrid. New announcements on Blue link features discuss APPS and Download feature in gen2, supposedly only on '15.

Anybody confirm, and suggest chance of upgrading '14 to Gen 2?
