Yellow Laminex

Will yellow laminex make the fog output yellow or will it still be white as it shines through the laminex?

It will turn the output yellow.

Vehicle: 2011 Genesis Coupe 3.8 R-Spec

In my personal experience, it will turn the output slightly yellow. If you want to go full on yellow then match it up with some yellow bulbs.
