What struts with lowering springs

What struts with lowering springs
I see a lot of people using coil overs, but what if you want just springs for a couple hundred bucks? What struts are good to use, or do the spring guys just stay with the oem struts & shocks?

For best performance and longevity, you should always mate a set of performance struts/shocks with lowered suspension. Leaving the OEM struts in with lowering springs will greatly reduce handling and how long they'll last.
