Default Towing capacity of a genesis

Whats the towing capacity of a GC? May be getting a small uHaul trailer with a hitch hooked up to the car and want to make sure it will be ok to haul across town without killing the tranny.

0 lbs. Genesis Coupes shouldn't be used to tow.

DTN towed a small uHaul across the country with his RD2 tib without any issues. If a tib can handle that, your genesis should be able to handle pulling something across town.

take the GVWR and subtract the car's weight and the weight of fuel and passengers, and subtract the trailer's weight. What's left is going to be 1) pretty small and 2) the effective tow rating. Generally speaking, I'd say spring for the extra $20 and get a truck rather than try to have a hitch installed and tow with your Coupe.
