There are notches on the side rails of the car. Behind the front tires and in front of the rear tires. Place the jack between the notches.

I asked and someone said to use the crossbeam at the front and by the differential in the back... take that as a suggestion or a place to start only! Don't want the jack to go through something important

I use the uhm... bar behind the rear differential (stock photo below - the bar with the holes in it) for the rear.
The front -- what crossbeam? Not sure there is one on 2.0?

ALWAYS remember to touch-up the paint every time if you use the factory jack points. I suggest super-tough undercoating.
If you don't, you WILL have rust issues if they salt the roads.

When using the "place between the dimples" jacking points, please remember to raise and lower the car gently to avoid crushing the rib. On RDs this sis a serious potential problem; I've no idea if they thickened it since then.
