Resetting Bluetooth Phonebook

Anyone else ever have to randomly reset their bluetooth phonebook once in awhile in order for their phones to connect? I mean delete your name, get a new pin and start from scratch.

I have to reset it each year when I bring the car back out of winter storage because I pull the battery and everything dies out of memory.
